During the aging process, our Cellar Master has blended a subtle and elegant cognac with a particular honey with intense aromas. He has selected a honey of a unique origin for its typical and singular taste, produced within the forests of Charente.
Elegant and subtle, expressing floral tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle and rose petals. Then come the warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges. These scents mingle with woody vanilla and caramel.
